HeidelBÄR Games creates unordinary games connecting geeks, non-gamers and families alike.
Born out of the traditional publisher Heidelberger Spieleverlag, this German development studio carries the legacy of 27 years as a successful publisher in Germany and beyond. Innovative game concepts, outstanding components, and bold non-standard designs have been the key features of all HeidelBÄR products. Games like A la carte, Aarghtect, Erwischt, and many more have delighted German players since decades. The "Bears" dedicate themselves to fill the gap between gamers and non-gamers, geeks and families to create new games building bridges and gather everybody on the same table.
Heidelberger Spieleverlag was renowned in Germany and famous for its huge booth on the SPIEL in Essen. HeidelBÄR Games as its successor now joins the ranks of other smashing studios like FFG, Space Cowboys and Z-Man. The Bear is finally going back to its roots and to creating new games.
