Spanish toy manufacturer from Barcelona founded in 1971. It was bought in 1974 by the dutch group M&R De Monchy.

In 2006 it absorbs the german society Toyland SA.

In 2007 the group M&R De Monchy N.V. from Rótterdam becomes the owner of the dutch company Jumbo.
