Greetings and happy gaming! My gaming story starts as a kid, growing up in a family that played either a board game or putt-putt pretty much every night of the week when I didn't have baseball or soccer or my sister gymnastics. Not as much during my 20's but then a huge acceleration in both quantity and quality when Kaleen and I met while working Duke University's TIP summer program for kids in 2007. From that day forth, the game was afoot on many fronts! On the game front, we enthusiastically devoured every 2-player title of any esteem that we could lay our hands on and quickly discovered that we needed more. I wrote up design principles that would serve as the core for what I imagined to be the ideal game company specializing in 2-player games, then strove to design games that would live up to those principles. Morels and Agility both embraced each one right out of the gate and we are delighted to have the opportunity to share them with you.

When not playing Morels or Agility, we enjoy Jambo (playing to 100 instead of 60), Dominion, Tikal, Mr. Jack, and any and every variation of Taboo and Balderdash. I'll also thrown in Stop Thief for when my little sis' is in town (an oldy but a goody...gotta love those childhood favorites!).

When not playing games of any kind, which is rare, we enjoy exuberant dance parties with our 2yo little lass to Ladysmith Black Mambazo, including a healthy dose of jumping and toddler tossing! We also love hiking, yo-yo ray-ray (yogurt raisins), splash parks, and especially National Parks!
